Lipo Jaro Shipping Policy

Please allow 1–2 business days for your Lipo Jaro order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed during holidays may experience additional delays.

If incorrect payment details or an invalid shipping address are provided, order processing may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days.

Note: All shipping addresses are verified through the United States Postal Service.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Lipo Jaro is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control such as severe weather, transportation disruptions, or courier service delays.

If a package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Our primary delivery partners may include major courier services. Once a package is marked delivered, Lipo Jaro cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen items.

International Shipping: Delivery may take approximately 4–6 weeks depending on location. Customs clearance may occasionally extend delivery to 8–12 weeks.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery or return it with a valid tracking number.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. Lipo Jaro cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered, Lipo Jaro cannot issue refunds for claims of non-delivery.

To receive a full refund, all bottles (empty, full, or partially used) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
